PEASANTS IN REVOLT.
DISPERSED BY TROOPS. FOOD SHORTAGE IN RUSSIA. CONSTANTINOPLE. Nov. 12. Faced , with a shortage of flour, the peasants of the Simbirsk area of the .Volga seized several railway stations to prevent the removal of wheat stored there. The Soviet promptly sent an armoured train and soldiers on board bombarded the obstructors, whom storm troops are now dispersing. A fleet of aeroplanes is being organised to deal with similar outbreaks.
