MR. BUTLER CONGRATULATED MESSAGE FROM THE KING. BRISBANE, Nov. 12. Congratulatory messages have been received by Mr. C. A. Butler from His Majesty the King, the Prime Minister, Mr. J. H. Scullin, the Premier of NewSouth Wales, Mr. J. T. Lang, the Civil Aviation Department, Air-Commodore Kingsford Smith., and other noted airmen in all parts of the world, on his record flight, from England to Australia.-
