QUESTION OF APPEAL. INTENTION OF COUNSEL. [Br TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] "WELLINGTON, Thursday. It is the intention of the two counsel who appeared in the Supreme Court for George Errol Coats, found guilty last evening of murder, to movejor leave' to appeal. -As soon as the death sentence was pronounced last evening and the prisoner had left the dock, senior counsel asked for ]<'ave to move for leave to appeal. Mr. Justice Blair gave leave for him to move within five days. Counsel intend to move accordingly.
