TITIRANGI LADIES' CLUB. PRESENTATION OF PRIZES. The annual meeting and official closing match of the Titirangi Ladies' Golf Club's season were held yesterday. A large number of members entered for the four-ball in the morning. Miss Bray and Miss Richardson re'turning the best score of 82. 11—71. Other good cards were:—Mrs. Findlay and Miss K. Fouhy, 86. 14—72; Mrs. Deighton and Mrs. Wilson, 76, 3 —73. The i>enior and junior consolation matches for prizes presented by Mrs. B. Goldwater were won by Mrs. M. Alison and Mrs. T. Goudio, respectively, with scores of 88, 13—75, and 107. 32—75. The putting competition was won by Mrs. Hosking. The following officers were elected:—President. Mrs. W. J. A. Thomson; captain, Mrs. J. C. Findlay; secretary. Miss M. Richardson: handicapper. Miss M. Goldwater; committee. Mesdames G. L. Taylor M. Shroff. A. H. O'Leary, G. Court, Miss M. Fouhey; auditor. Mrs. Hosking. The retiring captain and secretary. Mrs. R. L. Wilson and Miss B. M. Grierson, respectively. received presentations from the club members. The principal prize-winners for the season were:—Club championship, Mrs. R. Deighton, runner-up. Miss Bray: junior championship. Miss M. Goldwater. runner-up, Mrs. G. L. Taylor: Ballin Cup, Mrs. R. L. Wilson; Elinor Thomson Cup, Mrs. R. Deighton; Grevatt Vase, Mrs. R. Deighton; captain's trophy. Mrs. G. McMillan; three best gross scores. Mrs. Hosking; silver medal. Miss M. Richardson: bronze medal. Mrs. McKinnon.
Merla.l handicaps will be played ner* Tuesday and Thursday, commencing at 10.30 o'clock. Players will choose partners. Scores will bo taken until November 30.
