DIVORCE GRANTED.

PETITION BY HUSBAND. A decree nisi, to bo made absolute after three months, was granted by Mr. Justice Smith in the Supreme Court yesterday to Lancelot Gordon Grey, chemist, of New Lynn, against Agnes Emmeline Grey ori the ground of misconduct. Christopher Howe Nicholson was named as co-respondent. The petitioner said the marriage took place on January 9, 1929. On July 29, 1931, he returned homo unexpectedly about noon and found his wife and corespondent together. Nicholson and he struggled together and fell, and witness thought he must, have fainted as he did not think Nicholson tried to knock him out. When he came to Nicholson had gone. When he spoke to his wife she agreed that this must, be "the finish of everything." Sho left and he had not seen her since. Corroborative evidence was given bv a neighbour, and no evidence was offered against the petition.
