SEQUEL TO FATALITY.
NEGLIGENT DRIVING CASE. FATHER BEFORE COURT. [ RY TF.I.EGR WIT. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] CIIRISTCHUKCH, Tuesday. As a sequel to the fatal accident in Spreydoti on August 21, when his son was killed, Frank .lenkins, of Port Levy, was charged with dangerous driving of n truck that capsized. Defendant was convicted and discharged. llis counsel said that as far as the penalty was concerned, Jenkins would carry through his life the knowledge that, ho had indirectly caused his son's death. The magistrate. Mr. E. D. Mosley, said that no punishment ho could inflict could compare with (hut which defendant had inflicted on himself.
