Vaughan, of Katikati, Into of Hull, England, to Kenneth Cheadle, only son of Mr. A. W. T. Hyde, of Ridge View, Katikati, late of Four Oaks, Warwickshire, England. The engagement is announced and the wedding will take place shortly between Etfie Adelaide Williams, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Williams, The Grange, Hukanui Road, Hamilton, and Peter Blair Speir Thomson, eldest son of Mr. A. B. Thomson, Maurshill House, Kilmarnock, Scotland.
