TIN HARE RACING.
BETTING MAY BE LEGALISED. (Received September 24, 10.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 24. It is reported that Mr. Lang's Government is planning to legalise butting in connection with tin hare racing, which was banned a few years ago. The Government expects to raise an additional revenue of_ £250,000*
