WINNIE'KG, Sept. 23. .After having been without food for sorno davs 19 destitute families, including 40 children, invaded the Provincial Parliament Buildings, declaring they would camp there until the Government recognised their needs. A crowd "f 350 unemployed men picketed the outside of the building to prevent their ejection. The families have been here less than a ycyr and arc not eligible for city relief. Mr. W. t'lubb, Minister of Public Works, agreed that they should remain until social agencies arranged for shelter, whereupon the Chamber was immediately filled with other unemployed persons drag glng mattresses.
