THROWN FROM HORSE.
FARMER SERIOUSLY INJURED. MISHAP AT PAPAROA. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANGAftEI, Thursday. A farmer, Mr. Frank Massey, a married man, aged 26, of Paparoa, received serious injuries to-day when he was thrown from his horse at Paparoa. He was brought to the Whangarei Hospital, where he was found to have received a fracture of the pelvis. His condition this evening was described as fairly satisfactory.
