diplomatic relations. LABOUR OPPOSES RESUMPTION. VANCOUVER, Sept. 22. In support of (he expressed view of their president, Mr. lotu Moore, the discgates to the Trades and Labour Congress of Canada to-day rejected a motion calling upon the Dominion Government to resume diplomatic relations with Russia.
