OFFICERS ARRESTED.
EIGHT SPANISH GENERALS. SEQUEL TO INVESTIGATION. MADRID, Sept. 2. Eight generals, including General Frederico Berenguer, brother of the exPrime Minister, all of whom held posts under General Primo de Rivera's dictatorship, have been arrested as a sequel to an investigation into the late Government's alleged misdeeds.
