THE TUAKAU CLUB.
The Tuakau Croquet Club, winners of the South Suburban Croquet Association's B grade competition last reason, have preparations well in hand for the new season. Two now greens have been laid down and give promise of excellent piny.•• ••T'bo club hopee this year to be able to enter a team in the A grade competition as well as in the B grade competition. ? ; Officers elected for the new season are:— Patron, Mrs. Smeed, sen.; president, Mrs. B. L. Lewis; vice-presidents, Mesdames D. Fulton and Cruickshank. sen.; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. J. Logan, committee, ex officio members and Mesdames F.Woolley, J Fulton, E. \V. Fielder and J. R. Lowry.
