MOTORISTS AND LIQUOR.
EFFECT ON JUDGMENT
"I have always held, and still hold, the opinion that the driver of a car should not touch liquor of any sort," said Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in the Police Court at Christchurch. "-It is a very foolisli practice. This man has been foolish and he must, pay for it. He cannot expect anything else. Drink must affect a man's judgment. Ido not care who the man is, whether he is used to it or not."
