NEW KAWARAU COMPANY. Amalgamated Mining Company, Limited, has been registered with offices in Wellington to acquire and take over the undertaking of the existing company, the Kawarau Gold Mining Company, Limited, which operates in Otago, and to acquire mines, claims and ceneral incidental. The nominal capital of the company is £150,000, divided into 3,000,000 shares of Is each. The subscribers, of the company are:— Dunedin, Kawarau Gold Mimng Company, Limited, J: A, P.
