PAYMENT FOR BUTTER-FAT.

THE MORRINSVILLE COMPANY. BONUS FOR PAST SEASON. [FECM OUR own CORRESPONDENT. ] MORRINSVILLE, Tuesday. The Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, has decided to payto suppliers to-morrow a bonus of per lb. for the whole of the supply of butterfat received last season from June 1, 1930, to May 31, the total amount being about £7900. It is anticipated the season's payout will be approximately 12|d per lb. The company will make an advance payment of per lb. for> butterfat supplied last month. CAMBRIDGE SUPPLIERS. ADVANCE FOE LAST. MONTH. f The Cambridge Dairy Company is advancing a total of £2460 for the June supply of butter-fat on the basis of Is per lb. butter-fat for butter-making, compared with £2780 for June of last year, when the basis of payment was Is 3|d per lb. for cheese and Is o{d per lb. for butter. The production for the month was equal to the corresponding period of the previous season. SUNNY PARK CO-OPERATIVE. ANNOUNCEMENT OF BONUSES. [from our own correspondent.] MATAMATA, Tuesday. The Sunny Park Co-operative Dairy Company, Te Poi, has decided to pay on July 20 the following preliminary bonuses for the past season: —Butter, Id per lb. butterfat on October supplies, 3d per lb. on November supplies and lb. for December and January supplies, making a total of £SOO. Cheese suppliers willreceive £670 by means of a payment of 2d per lb. on January supplies. These bonuses will be supplemented by a further bonus at the annual meeting in August, The increase in butterfat supply last season amounted to 18.64 per cent., and the. total pay-out for butter will bo slightly over Is per lb., including cream cartage. For last month's supply of butterfat the directors decided to pay lljd per lb. for finest grade.
