CYCLIST KILLED.

COLLISION WITH MOTOR-CAR. ACCIDENT AT MOUNT EDEN. Fatal injuries were received by Mr. Albert Walter Allwood shortly after five o'clock last evening when tho bicycle he was riding collided with a motor-car at the intersection of Balmoral Road and Tui Street, Mount Eden. Mr. Allwood was thrown heavily on to the road and received scvero injuries to his head. The St. John Ambulance was summoned and he was conveyed to the Auckland Hospital, where he died soon after admission. Mr. Allwood was a cabinetmaker and resided in Denbigh ' Avenue, Mount, Roskill.
