CONTEST FOR ROTORUA. [B¥ TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PUTAKURU. Tuesday. Mr. A. F. Moncur, of Tauranga, has been selected as the official Labour candidate for the Rotorua seat. The only other nominee was Mr. C. Jennings, secretary of the Workers' Union at Arapuni. Mr. Moncur unsuccessfully contested tho Bay of Plenty seat in 1928 in the Labour interests against Mr. K. S. Williams, the present Reform member*
