WOMAN'S SERIOUS INJURIES). MISHAP TO OPOTIKI RESIDENT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] OPOTIKI. Monday. As Mrs. MeCaldon, a widow, living on the hospital liill, was crossing the road filmost opposite her gate on her way to church last evening, she was struck by a cyclist. Mrs. MeCaldon fell heavily, and received a fracture of the skull. She was taken to the hospital, but she was still unconscious this afternoon. Her condition is reported to be very serious.
