In Parliament this afternoon tho Prime Minister answered in tho negative the question i,'bother it proposed to call a three-party conference for tho further consideration of the whole question of unemployment insurance, now that the interim report had been published. The Minister of Labour, Miss Bondfield, answering a question, said (lie amount oi Treasury advances to the unemployment insurance fund to dato was £85,620,0C0, leaving an unexhausted balance of borrowing powers of £4,380,000. That was likely to be exhausted early in July, and further provision would be necessary before that time.
