PRESENTATIONS.
Members of the staff of the Waihi Grand Junction power-house met to farewell Mr. W. J". Selling, who has relinquished his position as superintendents aftor nearly 20 years' 'service, following upon the taking over of. the plant by tho Public Works Department. On behalf of the staff Mr. E. Stevens presented Mr. Selling with a gold-mounted fountain pen and pencil and a shaving set, all suitably inscribed, and referred to the happy relations which had always existed between him and those under his control. Mi - . Selling returned thanks.
