AMENDMENTS TO BILL.
REPRODUCTION IN HOUSE
Minor amendments to tho Auckland Harbour Bridge Bill are engaging the attention of the Hon. A. J. Stallworthy, Minister of Health, who was in charge of tho bill last session. Tjie Minister stated yesterday that he hoped to call a meeting, to be held within tho next few days, of Auckland members of Parliamont and the bridge company, when matters concerning the bridge would be discussed. The legislation would be reintroduced at tho earliest possible moment next session, said Mr. Stallwortliy, with a view to its early passage, and so that operations in connection with the building of the bridge could be started without delay.
