IMPROVEMENT OF TRADE. CONVERSATIONS REOPENED. Times Cable. LONDON, Juno 2. The Paris correspondent of the Times says that as a result of continued representations from Moscow, the French Foreign Office has reopened conversations with the Soviet. Embassy for the improvement of trade relations.
