FRANCE AND RUSSIA.
IMPROVEMENT OF TRADE. CONVERSATIONS REOPENED. Times Cable. LONDON, Juno 2. The Paris correspondent of the Times says that as a result of continued representations from Moscow, the French Foreign Office has reopened conversations with the Soviet. Embassy for the improvement of trade relations.
Some attempt, it is understood, is being made to discuss debts and the Soviet's suggestion of a non-aggression pact.
