DELEGATES SENT TO TOKIO. HOPES TO SECURE £30,000,000. (Received June 3, 11.45 p.m.) TOKIO. June 3. Special commercial delegates arc expected at Tokio from Russia to confer, on June 12, with the Soviet Ambassador, Mr. A. Trojanowski, and Japanese bankers and business men regarding credits, of which £5,000,000 is the minimum required of £30,000,000 hoped for.
Russia requires steamers and agl'icul tural and electrical plant. *
