PARISHIONERS' MEETINGS.
CHRIST CHURCH, ELLERSLIE. A satisfactory financial position was reported at the annual meet ins; of parishioners of Christ Church, Ellerslie. The vicar, the Rev. W. A. Butler, presided over a good attendance. The following officers were elected: Vicar's warden,"Mr. A. F. Grant; people's warden, Mr. E. C. Brown (treasurer); Church committee, Messrs. B. W. Cumming, (secretary), H. Nutt, \V. J. Sprine P. C. Weston, J. Piggot, H. A. Steadmpn,' F. G. Shrimpton, F. 7. Wya'.t, E. Walker and G. Sellwood ; auditor Mr E M. J. Litt.
Members to represent Ellerslie on the parish vestry were elected as follows: Messrs. E. G. Brown, R, W. Gumming, A. F. Grant, H. Nutt and W. J. Spring.
