DANCE AT DIXIELAND.
SACRED HEART COLLEGE. The annual dance of tlie Sacred Heart Collego Old Boys' Association was held at Dixieland last evening and was a most successful and well-attended function. The supper was served in the entrance hall, where tiio tables were decorated with bowls of yellow chrysanthemums and greenery. Tho Dixieland orchestra under Mr. H. Neilson played the most popular danco airs. The chaperones were: —Mrs. J. J. O'Brien, Mrs. T. Buxton, Mrs. C. H. Drysdalo, Mrs. J. P. Kalaugher, Mrs. R. A. Keenan, Mrs. E. F. Kelly and Mrs. C. Towsey. The committee comprised Mrs. K. A. Snedden, Miss E. Brodie, Miss M. Clarke, Miss E. Creedon, Miss P. Flynn, Miss M. Goldwater, Miss R. Kelly, Miss N. Cotter,' Miss L. O'Connor and Miss M. Wright.
Among those present were: —Mrs. C. H. Drysdale, who wore a frock of ochre yellow satin and georgette; Mrs. K. A. Snedden, floral georgette; Mrs. N. Snedden, black lace; Mrs. A. W. Creedon, orango»floral taffeta; Miss E. Treaston, pink appliqued taffeta; Miss Lulu Drysdale, peach pinlc frilled georgette; Miss Mavis Stokes, pink panno with bolero; Miss McNaught, cedar rose georgette; Miss Ormond, white georgette; Miss E. Brown, yellow georgette; Miss B. Willet, delft blue georgette; Miss B. Heaton, blue georgetto with pink coat; Miss M. McDonald, ivory taffeta; Miss A. Heaton, pink frilled georgette; Miss D. Hanfiing, pastel green taffeta; Miss Betty Williams, Svory triple ninon; Miss P. Rawson, flame satin and diamante buckle; Miss Coleen Wright, duchess blue satin beaute; Miss H. McNaught, sunset shaded floral ninon; Miss V. Denham, yellow frilled net; Miss M« McCauley, red satin beaute. Miss Joyce Barry wore bluo taifeta; Miss Rona Brewer, blue georgette; Miss A. Gourley, pearl pink taffeta; Miss Rita McVeagh, white georgetto with pink floral spray; Miss Betty Bryant, scarlet ninon; Miss E. Cumings, bluo crepe do chine with floral skirt; Miss Scanlan, green crepe fleuri; Miss M. Homes, cedar rose chiffon; Miss Betty Keenan, Indian red georgette; Miss Slater, pink floral taffeta; Miss E. Brodio, pink georgette; Miss Norah Flynn, floral georgette and lace; Miss Nancye Cotter, delphinium blue taffeta; Miss Jovce Johnston, peach taffeta: Miss K. Walsh, roso pink taffeta; Miss Brenda Brown, delphinium bluo georgette; Miss Betty Francis, pink satin and net.
