ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL. INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP. BERLIN, May 21. The International Football Federation lias decided to inaugurate a world Association football championship on the lines of the Davis Cup contest, to be played every four years, the 16 winners of the various zones to meet at one centre, producing a week's matches. England will not be represented, owing to the dispute over broken time payments, also her refusal to agree to the replacing of players injured iti the course of a match.
