MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, visited the Gladstone Road school yesterday morning to investigate the position regarding accommodation. He also paid a visit to the Point Chevalier school and promised a small grant for ground, improvements. In the afternoon he opened the new swimming baths at the Teachers' Training College, Epsom. He received a number of public and private deputions, including one from the Child Welfare League, and left by the limited express for Wellington in the evening. The Hon A. J. Stallworthv, Minister of Health, attended the opening of the baths at the Training College yesterday afternoon. He will return to Wellington to-morrow evening.
