TWENTY-ONE YEARS' REIGN. DOMINION'S CONGRATULATIONS HIS MAJESTY'S REPLY. New Zealand's congratulations to His Majesty the King on the occasion i,>f the 21st anniversary on Wednesday of His Majesty's accession to the Throne were conveyed by the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, in the following message:— "On behalf of Your Majesty's most loyal subjects in New Zealand we humbly tender affectionate and respectful congratulations on the 21st anniversary of the commencement ot Your Majesty's beneficent reign.!' llis Majesty lias replied to Lord Bledisloc as follows—- " It is with feeling of warm gratitude that I have received the loyal and affectionate congratulations which you have sent me from my people in New Zealand. Though It is many years since I visited the Dominion its well-being and happiness are ever in my thoughts."
