TEDDY STILL DELAYED.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. EASTERLY WIND PREVAILING. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] RUSSELL, Wednesday. The Norwegian yacht Teddy was still in Orakawa Bay this afternoon. Members of the crew are taking advantage of the enforced stay to clean the yacht and effect minor repairs. The Teddy will proceed to Auckland wheh the weather permits. An easterly wind was blowing to-day and it was ingA message from the Cape Brett light-house-keeper last evening stated that a south-easterly gale was blowing accompanied by rough seas and frequent rain squalls. There were no indications of the conditions moderating.
