PUBLIC BEQUESTS.
PROVISION IN WILLS. Hie France Street Mission will benefit to the extent of £2O from the estate of Mrs. Rose Victoria Sharp, of Auckland, who died on January 13. After a number of other bequests have been satisfied the residue will be divided equally between the Auckland branch of the St. John Ambulance and the Auckland branch of the Retui-ned Soldiers' Association. A sum of £25 has bjjen bequeathed to St. Michael's Church, Remuera, by Mrs. Annie Townley, of Auckland, who died on December 9.
