RUGBY, April 6. ■ It was announced last Thursday that Mr. Neville Chamberlain, who is about to relinquish the chairmanship of the Conservative Party organisation, would conduct the case for the Conservative section of the Opposition in the House of Commons against the Budget and Finance Bill.
As a result Mr. Winston Churchill, by whom this task was undertaken last year, has written to Mr. Baldwin resigning his position as chairman of the 1' inance Committee of the party.
