EX-SERVICE WOMEN.
Mrs. G. F. A. Lewin, a member of the ex-Service Women's Association, who is leaving this week for a visit to England, was the guest of honour at a farewell tea given yesterday afternoon by the association in the Tudor tearoom. The tables bad been charmingly arranged with crim-son-shaded cactus dahlias and Mrs. Lewin was presented by the president, Mrs. H. L. Gould, with arj artistically arranged bouquet of African daisies and fern, together with the good wishes of the gathering. Mrs. Gould received the members as they arrived, those present including:—Mrs. Michaels, Mrs. A. C. Jacob, Mrs. R. Griove,' Mrs. Parkinson, Mrs. Freston-Thomas, Mrs. C. Smith, Mrs. H. R. H. Chalmers, Mrs. J. D. Webster, Miss Luxford, Miss IST. Barber, Miss B. Jones, Miss Oliver, Miss Teape, Miss L. Bryant, Miss Wilkinson-Smith, Miss Will.
