TRAMWAY SECTIONS.

Sir, —I don't know just what poinfc "Fair Deal" wishes ~to make in his letter in Thursday's Herald. As a resident in the Mount Eden district, where the Transport Board has revised the fares, I wish to sav "thank you." At first we exppcted two additional sections on both the Dominion Road and the Three Kfngis extensions. However, the board has made „ them only one section each and has so adjusted the sections on the Mount, Eden line that a great many people will rio\v travel to town cheaper than before. Mr. Allum has done good work for the travelling public and he and his board deserve our thanks. Worker.
