RUGBY, Feb. 6i The new register of electors for Britain and Northern Ireland shows an increase of 664,719 names, compared with the register on which the general election of 1929 was fought. The total of Parliamentary electors exceeds 29,500,000. There are 1,700,000 more women entitled to vote than men.
