ELDERLY SETTLER'S DEATH. [BY TELEGRAM!. —OWN" CORRESPONDENT.] THAMES, Sunday. The body of Mr. Henry Ashton Collins, an elderly single man, of Puketu, was found about half-a-mile from his whare in tho bush. A gun was beside the body. A search had previously been made in the bush near liikuai, as Mr. Collins had been missing since Inst Monday. Ho then borrowed a packhorse from a neighbour, but it. had since returned home.
