SANDERS CUP CONTEST.
AVALON'S SKIPPER. CHOSEN. The Auckland selectors decided on Saturday to appoint D. Rogers skipper of tho Auckland crew -to sail Avalon in the forthcoming contest for the Sanders Cup. Tlio crew will leave for Dunediu on Thursday evening.
