PROFESSIONAL BILLIARDS BREAK OF 2835 BY LINDRUM. (Received February 8, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 1. Lindrum, who in his billiards match yesterday with Newman (receives 700(J) in the final of the Empire .tourney had made 9159, including an unfinished bresk of 1200, to his Opponent's 16,588, with an amazing sport scored 3880 to-day. lie carried his unfinished break to 2835. He completed the afternoon session, in which Newman scored 31, and 273 unfinished, which in the evening he carried on to 451, when he broke down, missing ,bovh object balls in a masse shot. Newman later made a break of 199, and then Lindrum was most brilliant, and showed marvellous control of the balls in a break of 1794 unfinished. The scores are: Newman 16,819, Lindrum 13,039. •
