On the first day of the Albion-Christian Brothers' match the latter scored 09 and Albion replied with 154 for four wickets and declared. Christian Brothers in the second innings made 185 (Blair 52, Brookes 37). Albion wus left with 102 to score in an hour for a threepoint win. and tho runs were made in 53 minutes, Shepherd scoring 55 in 32 minutes. Blair took four wickets for 20 runs. In reply to Old Boys' score of 135 Dunedin made 133 (Dickinson four for 44. Alloo four for 33). Old Boys in the second innings made 192 for seven wickets (N. Cherry 70, Alloo 54). On the first dav of the Caris-brook-Grangtf match Carisbrook made 253 and Grange lost two wickets for 54 runs. Grange's innings closed for 100 (Knight 30, Dunning five for 52). Carisbrook scored 100 in its second innings (Allan 40, D. Smith 33, S. Smith 37; Lemin three for 9).
