FEDERAL CAUCUS.
defeat of left wing. NEW SOUTH WALES TO ATTEND. SYDNEY, Jan 22. The New South Wales branch, of the Labour Party has agreed to permit the Stale's Labour representatives in the Federal Parliament to attend the meeting of the Federal caucus to be held on January 26. This decision is regarded as a victory for the Prime Minister, Mr. J. H. Scullin, over the left-wing section of the Labour party and the leaders of the Australian Labour Party are smarting under his defiant attitude.
