CLAIM BY COMPANY.
FORMER SYDNEY NEWSPAPER. SALE OF OFFICE BUILDING. SYDNEY. Jan. 8. A writ has been issued, on behalf of the Sydney Daily Telegraph Newspaper Company, which is in liquidation, against Messrs. Arthur Biekard and Company, claiming £145.000 damages. It is understood that the claim arises out of tho sale of the Daily Telegraph building to tho Hotel Savoy, Ltd., which is also in liquidation.
