DUSSELDORF CRIMES.
ACCUSED MAN SANE. PREPARATION FOR TRIAL. (Received January 8, 9.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Jan. 8. Tho doctors who have made a prolonged investigation into the mental condition of Peter Kuerton, who is accused of the Dusseldorf murders, have decided that he is responsible for his actions, and the prosecution is preparing for the trial.
Kuerton's confessions, to which he returned after attempting to withdraw thern, are regarded as making his conviction certain.
