FEWER DIVORCE SUITS.

NEW SOUTH WALES COURT. DECREASE LAST YEAR. SYDNEY, Jan. 7. After successive years of increase, the number of divorce petitions in New South Wales during 1930 showed a decided decrease. Of 1783 petitions lodged, 1601 were disposed of.

Petitions to the number of 1925 were filed in 1929. The drop is attributed to the depression.
