SOCIETY PEOPLE TO PORTERS. By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright. (Received December 10, 11.5 p.m.) ROME. Dec. 10. Recent arrests of anti-Facists have revealed tho existence of a new body of political police known as the Ovra working directly under the Ministry of the Interior, of which the Prime Minister, Signor Mussolini, is the head. The Ovra's agents range from society people to porters. All are pledged to secrecy.
The newspaper Tribuna says tho Ovra steps in before crimes are committed instead of afterwards. It is silent and sudden. Its arrests are followed by trials before special tribunals and there is nothing more to be said.
