INSANE CRIMINALS.
ESCAPE FROM INSTITUTION. FIVE AT LARGE IN NEW YORK. (Received December 5, 7.15 p.m.) NEW YORK. Dec. 4. Six men suffering from the most violent Torm of criminal insanity escaped from a Stu,te institution at Mattawan, near New jYork, and are in the city to-night. They include two murderers and two dangerous |>VTomaniacs. , The escape was arranged by a former inmate who had made his own escape Goine time ago. Ho returned yesterday with three armed men and they imprisoned seven warders and released the five men. All are still at large. They have communicated by telephone with the wife of tone of them and with a priest*
