LATE MR. JOHN WILSON.
Reference to tho death of Mr. John Wilson, a pioneer of the lirae and cement industry in New Zealand, which occurred last Friday, was made a.t a meeting of the council of tho Auckland Manufacturers' Association yesterday, when a vote of condolence with Mr. ~ Wilson's relatives was carried in si!;ence. The president, Mr. George Finn, said that Mr. Wilson had been for seme years vicepresident of the association, in which ho had taken a keen interest.
