CABINET'S DIFFICULTIES. FINANCE AND UNEMPLOYMENT. (Received November 19. 1.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. lfi. The New South Wales Labour Cabinet has not yet announced its sessional programme. Parliament will meet on 'I tiesday and will be opened by a Commission. The Ministry to-day discussed finance and unemployment, both subjects presenting very grea'. difficulty. It is understood that the Premier, Mr. J. 'l'. Lang, is convinced that the limit of taxation has been reached, arid that other avenues are being explored for additional revenue.
