Australian Glass were sought a shado easier at 24s 9d. An offer of £3O 5s for Colonial Sugars attracted a selling quotation of £32. The only interest in New _ Zealand mining investments was in Waihis, which were steady. Of the Australian companies Mount Lyells only wero in demand.
