Seagar: president, Mr. D W. McLean: vice-presidents, tho same as last year with tho addition of Mr. W. Cns sels-Brown; secretary, Mr. L. B. McCallum assistant secretary. Mr. F. .T. Norris treasurer, Mr. S. McDuff; captain, Mr. B Rutledge; deputy captain. Mr. W. J. Dean committee, Messrs. D. Walsh, S. Rutland W. Oliver. P. Grahame, W. Walsh; dele gates to the Auckland Rowing Association Messrs. B. Rutledge, W. J. Dean, W Oliver: hon. auditors, Messrs. R. A. Spin ley, H. Bertrand; hon. solicitors, Messrs J. Grahamo, L. Stuart-Armstrong, R. G Stokes; coaches. Messrs. G. Barrett. W Olivor; selectors, Messrs. G. Barrett, S. But land, W. Logan. Mr. W. Logan was elected - a life nifmber. Tho report and balance-sheet, as published previously in tho Heuat.p, was adopted.
