DOUBT AS TO FLIGHT. MEDICAL ADVISER OPPOSED. LONDON, Sept. 12. Wing-Commander Kingsford Smith visited Manchester to-day to inspect the machine ho is to take to Australia. He said he might use it to attempt to break licit llinkler's record, but that depended on his health. The airman's doctor at, present will not hear of him attempting to fly to Australia.
